Amazon Announces 10 new Products

Today, Amazon launched 10 new products or update to their SmartHome products. Talk about a mic-dropping moment. Below you’ll find a list, in no particular order as a brief outline of what Amazon released today. 

1. New Echo Dot – $49.99 – Amazon Updates the look, feel, sound quality, and volume output. Keeping the same price point.

2. Echo Input – 34.99 – An all-new, speaker-less device designed to integrate with your favorite speaker.

3. Echo Sub – 129.99 – Amazon adds a Subwoofer able to integrate with up to two Echo devices to provide 2.1 Surround Sound. Available October 11th.

4. New Echo Plus – 149.99 – Available October 11, the new Echo Plus offers full Hub capabilities with Zigbee communication and a new temperature sensor. A welcomed update to their prior version. 

5. Amazon Smart Plug – 24.99 – Amazon Finally brings a simple no frills smart switch to the market available October 11th. 

6. Fire TV ReCast – 229.99 – 279.99 – Amazon Brings a new set top box enabling users to view content from through this device. Recast allows you to hook up to an antenna and view/record those channels through any Alexa enabled Screen. Including the iOS App.  Available in 500gb and 1tb options. Recast releases November 14th.

7. Echo Auto – 49.99 – Amazon brings Alexa to your car enabling you to stream music, get directions, and even make location based routines. Echo auto connects via Bluetooth or direct audio input. Full release to happen in 2019.

8. New Echo Show – 229.99 – Amazon updates the echo show with an all-new design, larger screen and a matching fabric design to Echo speakers.

9. Alexa enabled Microwave 59.99 – Yes. Amazon announced an Alexa enabled Microwave. Fully able to re-order popcorn with Dash Button technology. To be released November 14th. 

10. Ring Stick Up Cam – 179.99 – Amazon announces a new indoor/outdoor wired security camera with 2-way talk and siren.
